By accessing or using the Website and purchasing any tours, tickets, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to all tours, excursions, boat cruises, and related experiences offered through the Website.
  • "Customer" / "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Website, registers an account, or makes a booking.
  • "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for a Service, paid for via the Website.

2. Bookings and Payments

All prices on the Website are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via iyzico and/or Stripe. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation e-mail.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided (name, contact details, number of guests, etc.) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 48+ hours before departure: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
  • No-show: No refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to alter tour routes, schedules, and itineraries due to weather conditions, safety requirements, governmental regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the tour is cancelled entirely.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
  • Do not engage in any behaviour that may endanger yourself, other passengers, or the vessel.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied boarding at the captain's discretion, without refund.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

6. Liability

Bezak Travel arranges tours with licensed and insured third-party operators where applicable. While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, we shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or epidemics.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Bezak Travel or its licensors and is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). By using the Website, you consent to such collection and processing.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
