Cancellation & Refund Policy – Grand Boat Line / BEZAK Travel

Это Политика отмены и возврата средств explains the terms and conditions for canceling your reservation and requesting a refund for tours and experiences booked through Grand Boat Line / BEZAK Travel. Please read this page carefully before completing your booking.


1. Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation Conditions

Your reservation request does not automatically guarantee a confirmed booking. After you complete your reservation, your booking will be reviewed and confirmed via email within 1–2 business days.

  • The cancellation policy becomes valid once your reservation is successfully completed.

  • If your booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, you will receive a full refund with no additional charge.

We strongly recommend reviewing this policy before making a reservation.


2. Situations That Can Be Canceled (Refundable Cases)

In rare cases, some tours may require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the tour cannot run due to low participation:

✅ You will receive a full refund, или
✅ You may choose a similar alternative tour (subject to availability).

Please note:

  • Alternative tours may have a higher price. In such cases, the customer may need to pay the difference.

  • Refund decisions due to extraordinary circumstances may depend on the relevant tour operator.


3. Situations That Cannot Be Canceled (Non-Refundable Cases)

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • No-shows: If a participant does not show up on the tour day, no refund will be provided.

  • Any part of the tour not used after the tour begins is non-refundable.

  • If flights are included in the tour price, flights are non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • Hotel extensions and instant approval products such as entrance tickets, city passes, and queue tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.


4. Amendments & Cancellations by Clients

Clients may cancel a booking at any time. The cancellation becomes effective when Grand Boat Line / BEZAK Travel receives a written cancellation request by email.

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation charges apply:

a) More than 19 days before departure
10% of the product cost or €60 (whichever is higher)

b) 19 days to 48 hours before departure
35% of the product cost or €60 (whichever is higher)

c) Less than 48 hours before departure
90% of the product cost or €60 (whichever is higher)

d) Partially used products
No refund is provided

Changes (Amendments)

After confirmation, any amendment request must be submitted in writing by the Lead Client.

  • The first change is free of charge

  • Any additional changes will incur an administration fee of €45

  • Requested changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability

Transfers Due to Exceptional Circumstances

If a traveler cannot attend due to reasons such as death, injury, serious illness, redundancy, or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another person, departure date, or similar tour product (subject to approval and availability). Written notice must be provided.

Bank Fees

If a refund is payable, the amount will be calculated according to this policy and may require proof of exceptional circumstances.
All bank transfer fees charged during the refund process are the responsibility of the client.


5. Cancellation by Us (Grand Boat Line / BEZAK Travel)

Grand Boat Line / BEZAK Travel reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking under any circumstances.

However, we do not cancel “Guaranteed Departure Products” except in cases of force majeure, including:

  • War, riot, civil unrest

  • Industrial disputes

  • Terrorist activity

  • Natural or nuclear disasters

  • Fire

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Flight cancellation

  • Any external circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, compensation is not provided.
If we are unable to deliver the booked service, we will:

✅ Refund all monies paid (excluding insurance premiums), or
✅ Offer an alternative date or tour of comparable standard


6. Free Cancellation (Eligible Tours)

For Single Day Tours / Activities, you can cancel for free:

✅ Cancel at least 1 day before the experience start date
✅ Receive a full refund

Important note:
Entrance tickets, city passes, and queue tickets are excluded from free cancellation. Some tours may have special non-refundable notes, so please check your product details before booking.

To cancel your booking, you must send a written request by email including your reservation number.

  • We process cancellation and refund requests within 1–7 business days

  • We do not accept cancellations via phone, voicemail, or verbal requests
