Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation Conditions

  • Your reservation does not automatically guarantee a booking. Your reservation will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will apply once you complete your reservation.
  • If for any reason your booking cannot be confirmed, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charge. We recommend our customers read and review the cancellation policy.

2. Situations That Can Be Canceled:

  • Some tours may require a minimum number of passengers to operate. The affected passenger will be fully refunded or may opt for a similar tour product. This situation would be extremely rare.
  • Please note that the replacement product selected by the passenger may be more expensive than the original product and therefore incur additional costs.
  • Any additional refunds based on extraordinary circumstances will be up to the relevant tour operator.

3. Situations That Cannot Be Canceled:

  • All hotel and tour programs are arranged in advance. If any person fails to show up on the tour start day, they will not be refunded.
  • Any part traveled after the start of the tour will not be refunded to the passenger if it is not used in any case.
  • If flight is included in the tour price, the flight is fully non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Hotel extensions and Instant Approval products (entrance tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

4. Amendments and Cancellations by Clients

  • Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effective as at the time that BEZAK Travel receives a written request from the Agent or from direct bookings from the Client, and the following cancellation charges will apply: a) More than 19 days before departure – 10% of the product cost or €60, whichever is higher. b) 19 days to 48 hours before departure – 35% of the product cost or €60, whichever is higher. c) Less than 48 hours before departure – 90% of the product cost or €60, whichever is higher. d) No refund is given for a partially used Product.
  • After the booking has been confirmed, proposed amendments must be written by the “Lead Client” and will incur an administration fee equivalent to €45 except for the first change, which will incur no fee or as otherwise agreed. No requested change can be guaranteed.
  • If any number of the party is prevented from traveling because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by BEZAK Travel.
  • If a refund is payable by BEZAK Travel to the Client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions set out in Section 2.1 and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. All bank fees incurred from processing/transferring the credited amount to the Client will be the responsibility of the Client.

5. Cancellation by Us (BEZAK Travel)

  • BEZAK Travel reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances; however, BEZAK Travel will not cancel a “Guaranteed Departure Product” except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation, or any other external circumstances beyond the control of BEZAK Travel. Compensation is not available if BEZAK Travel is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure, but where BEZAK Travel is unable to provide the tour booked, BEZAK Travel will return to the Client all monies paid to BEZAK Travel (less any insurance premiums paid) or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard.

6. Free Cancellation

  • Single Day Tour/Activities*: Cancel at least 1 day before the experience start date and receive a full refund.
    • Entrance tickets / passes or queue tickets are excluded. Please check special notes as some tours cannot be refunded.

How to Cancel a Reservation We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will not recognize any verbal/telephone requests or voicemail messages. Be sure to email us for cancellation requests with your reservation number.
