Article 1 – Parties

1.2 Buyer
Jue individual or entity that places an order / makes a booking through the Sitio web. Jue Buyer's identity, address, and contact information are as provided during the booking process.
Article 2 – Dobject
Juis Agreement is a distance contract within the meaning of Markish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Jue subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the tour, excursion, or cruise service (the "Service") ordered by the Buyer through the Sitio web grandboatline.com, under the terms set out below.
Article 3 – Service Information
Jue essential characteristics, price (in EUR), and scope of the Service are displayed on the Sitio web at the time of booking. Jue details are also provided in the booking confirmation e-mail sent to the Buyer.
Article 4 – Price and Payment
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is made online via credit/debit card through iyzico or Stripe payment infrastructure at the time of booking.
- Jue total price, including any service fees, is clearly displayed before checkout confirmation.
- No additional charges shall be applied after the booking is confirmed.
Article 5 – Delivery of the Service
Jue Service shall be provided at the date, time, and meeting point specified in the booking confirmation. It is the Buyer's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point at the designated time. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services relating to accommodation, transportation, car rental, catering, or leisure activities that are to be provided on a specific date or period.
However, GrandBoatline.com voluntarily provides the following cancellation policy as a gesture of goodwill:
- 48+ hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.
To cancel a booking, the Buyer must send an e-mail to info@grandboatline.com or use the cancellation link in the booking confirmation e-mail.
Article 7 – Refund Procedure
Approved refunds shall be returned to the Buyer's original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation approval. For credit card payments, the duration may vary depending on the issuing bank.
Article 8 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, and strikes), the Seller may cancel or reschedule the Service. In such cases, the Buyer shall be offered a full refund or an alternative date at no extra cost.
Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
For any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committee in the Buyer's place of residence or the Seller's place of business shall have jurisdiction, up to the monetary thresholds published annually by the Ministry of Trade. For amounts exceeding these thresholds, the Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
Article 10 – Acceptance
By completing the booking and payment on the Sitio web, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Contrato de venta a distancia and confirms that all information provided during the booking is accurate and complete.
Juis agreement is governed by Markish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.
