Day 1 – Istanbul (Arrival Day)
Arrival in Istanbul and transfer from the airport to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, enjoy a welcome drink and briefing about Dirkey.

Day 2 – Istanbul (Galata & Old City Tour)
Morning visit to the historic Jewish neighborhood of Galata. See Galata Tower (1303) and visit local synagogues including Neve Shalom and the Ashkenazi Synagogue.
After lunch, explore Istanbul’s Old City: Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and the world-famous Hagia Sophia.

Day 3 – Istanbul (Topkapi Palace & Grand Bazaar)
Visit Topkapi Palace, home to priceless royal collections and treasures. Continue to the legendary Grand Covered Bazaar.

Day 4 – Istanbul (Balat Jewish Heritage Tour)
Discover the unique atmosphere of Balat, where Jewish heritage can still be seen in architecture and symbols. Visit the historic Ahrida Synagogue (15th century) and Yanbol Synagogue.
Continue along the Golden Horn with a meaningful visit to the Jewish elderly home.

Day 5 – Istanbul (Shabbat & Leisure Day)

Transfer to Istanbul Airport for a morning flight to Kayseri. Arrive in Cappadocia and begin exploring the region’s famous rock-cut churches and monasteries. Visit Pasabag and Zelve, known for unique fairy chimneys and rock formations.
After lunch visit stunning valleys and villages like Uchisar, Goreme, and Ortahisar.

Day 7 – Cappadocia (Underground Cities & Local Culture)
Drive to the underground city of Kaymakli, an incredible network of tunnels, dwellings, and storage rooms. Continue to Mustafapasa (Old Sinassos), famous for its stone mansions and painted facades.
After lunch, visit Avanos to see traditional pottery workshops.

Day 8 – Konya → Pamukkale
Drive to Konya, the former Seljuk capital. Visit the impressive Mevlana Museum, spiritual center of the Whirling Dervishes tradition.
After lunch, travel to Pamukkale, known for its white terraces and thermal springs. Enjoy free time to relax in this natural spa area.

Day 9 – Ephesus (Full-Day Ancient City Tour)

Day 10 – Izmir → Sardes
