Day 1 – Istanbul (Arrival Day)

Arrival in Istanbul and transfer from the airport to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, enjoy a welcome drink and briefing about Turkey.
Overnight: Estambul

Day 2 – Istanbul (Galata & Old City Tour)

Morning visit to the historic Jewish neighborhood of Galata. See Galata Tower (1303) and visit local synagogues including Neve Shalom y el Ashkenazi Synagogue.
After lunch, explore Istanbul’s Old City: Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and the world-famous Santa Sofía.
Overnight: Estambul

Day 3 – Istanbul (Topkapi Palace & Grand Bazaar)

Visit Palacio de Topkapi, home to priceless royal collections and treasures. Continue to the legendary Grand Covered Bazaar.

Day 4 – Istanbul (Balat Jewish Heritage Tour)

Discover the unique atmosphere of Balat, where Jewish heritage can still be seen in architecture and symbols. Visit the historic Ahrida Synagogue (15th century) y Yanbol Synagogue.
Continue along the Golden Horn with a meaningful visit to the Jewish elderly home.

Day 5 – Istanbul (Shabbat & Leisure Day)

Day 6 – Istanbul → Cappadocia (Flight Included)

Transfer to Istanbul Airport for a morning flight to Kayseri. Arrive in Cappadocia and begin exploring the region’s famous rock-cut churches and monasteries. Visit Pasabag y Zelve, known for unique fairy chimneys and rock formations.
After lunch visit stunning valleys and villages like Uchisar, Goreme, and Ortahisar.

Day 7 – Cappadocia (Underground Cities & Local Culture)

Drive to the underground city of Kaymakli, an incredible network of tunnels, dwellings, and storage rooms. Continue to Mustafapasa (Old Sinassos), famous for its stone mansions and painted facades.
After lunch, visit Avanos to see traditional pottery workshops.
Overnight: Cappadocia

Day 8 – Konya → Pamukkale

Drive to Konya, the former Seljuk capital. Visit the impressive Mevlana Museum, spiritual center of the Whirling Dervishes tradition.
After lunch, travel to Pamukkale, known for its white terraces and thermal springs. Enjoy free time to relax in this natural spa area.

Day 9 – Ephesus (Full-Day Ancient City Tour)

Spend the day exploring the world-famous ruins of Ephesus, one of Turkey’s greatest archaeological treasures. Walk along ancient streets and see highlights like the Great Amphitheater, the Marble Way, and the impressive Library of Celsus.
Overnight: Izmir

Day 10 – Izmir → Sardes

Visit Havra Street in Izmir, where Jewish immigrants settled after 1492, and the Senora Synagogue (if available).
Continue to Sardes, the ancient capital of Lydia. Explore important sites such as the Temple of Artemis, ancient mint house, gymnasium complex, and the historic Sardes Synagogue.

Flight to Istanbul, arrival transfer to the hotel, and free time.
