The cancellation becomes effective when Grand Boat Line \/ BEZAK Travel<\/strong> receives a written cancellation request by email.<\/p>\n The following cancellation charges apply:<\/p>\n a) More than 19 days before departure<\/strong> b) 19 days to 48 hours before departure<\/strong> c) Less than 48 hours before departure<\/strong> d) Partially used products<\/strong> After confirmation, any amendment request must be submitted in writing by the Lead Client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The first change is free of charge<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Any additional changes will incur an administration fee of \u20ac45<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Requested changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If a traveler cannot attend due to reasons such as death, injury, serious illness, redundancy, or jury service<\/strong>, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another person, departure date, or similar tour product (subject to approval and availability). Written notice must be provided.<\/p>\n If a refund is payable, the amount will be calculated according to this policy and may require proof of exceptional circumstances.
