Day 1 – Istanbul (Arrival Day)

Arrival in Istanbul and transfer from the airport to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, enjoy a welcome drink and briefing about Turkey.

Day 2 – Istanbul (Galata & Old City Tour)

Morning visit to the historic Jewish neighborhood of Galata. See Galata Tower (1303) and visit local synagogues including Neve Shalom و Ashkenazi Synagogue.
After lunch, explore Istanbul’s Old City: Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and the world-famous آيا صوفيا.

Day 3 – Istanbul (Topkapi Palace & Grand Bazaar)

Visit قصر طوب قابي, home to priceless royal collections and treasures. Continue to the legendary Grand Covered Bazaar.

Day 4 – Istanbul (Balat Jewish Heritage Tour)

Day 5 – Istanbul (Shabbat & Leisure Day)

Day 8 – Konya → Pamukkale
